Composition: Flax seeds.

Recommended use:

Pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 g) with 1 glass (200 ml) of hot water, leave in a water bath for 45 minutes with occasional stirring, strain, take 1/2 glass (100 ml) of infusion for adults 4 times a day during meals.

Duration of administration is 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated. Repeated intakes are possible during the year. Store the finished infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
