     increasing performance, restoring sleep, improving the condition of skin, hair and nails in case of autoimmune thyroiditis.

According to ultrasound of the thyroid gland, it was noted that the use of Endocrinol contributed to the normalization of structural changes in the thyroid gland, especially in hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, and to a lesser extent in AIT.

When studying thyroid hormones, very indicative results were obtained:

1. The TSH level, which was significantly higher than normal values before taking Endocrinol, decreased to normal in hypothyroidism, and to slightly elevated levels in AIT. In hyperthyroidism, with an initially low level, TSH increased to normal.

• Results of a preclinical study of bloodroot extract

The use of cinquefoil extract in experimental hypothyroidism in animals stimulated the thyroid gland to synthesize thyroid hormones, keeping them at the level of the control group.

Simultaneous intake of cinquefoil extract by animals against the background of traditional treatment with L-thyroxine prevented an increase in the content of hormones in the peripheral blood, preventing the deterioration of the structure of the thyroid gland, the appearance of nodules and cysts in it.

It was concluded that the cinquefoil extract not only stimulates the production of hormones by the thyroid gland, but also regulates the release of hormones from complexes with proteins in the peripheral blood and tissues, which prevents their sharp increase.

In the treatment of hypothyroidism only with cinquefoil extract, it was found that it has a positive stabilizing effect (equivalent to the use of L-thyroxine in the experiment) on lipid (fat) and protein metabolism.

Namely, cinquefoil extract:

     reduced cholesterol levels;

     prevented a decrease in alkaline phosphatase and an increase in creatinine;

     had a protective effect on internal organs, protected them from the toxic effects of large doses of hormones used in the experiment (mercazolyl and L-thyroxine);

     decreased the level of hormones T3 and T4 St. with hyperthyroidism.

At the same time, there was no negative effect of cinquefoil extract on the condition of internal organs or peripheral blood parameters.

Recommendations for use
