Nutritional supplement with plantain and echinacea extracts.

Purple echinacea has a soothing effect on the mucous membrane of the throat, airways and vocal cords, relieves irritation in the throat and helps strengthen the body's natural defenses.
Composition in a daily dose of 2/3 tablespoons: drinking water, plantain (Plantago lanceolata) leaf extract 0.72 g/1.08 g, purple echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) whole plant extract 90 mg/135 mg, caramel (dye), mint (Mentha piperita) extract, potassium sorbate (preservative), grapefruit (Citrus paradisi) seed extract.
Daily doses: for adults 18 g (1 tablespoon 3 times a day), for adolescents from 12 years of age 12 g (1 tablespoon 2 times a day).
It is recommended to keep it in the throat as long as possible and swallow slowly. If necessary, drink warm water after use.
It is not recommended for pregnant and lactating mothers.
Do not use a nutritional supplement to replace a full and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
