DESCRIPTION
Organic OAT bran is a product obtained when oats are milled into oat flour. The bran consists mainly of the outer, most valuable layer of the grain, i.e. the fruit and seed coat. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. We recommend it as an addition to morning breakfast porridge and as a breading for cutlets, an addition to cakes, vegetable pâtés, bread and sauces. We recommend short-term heat treatment of the bran before consumption.
