Directions for use and doses
1 tbsp. pour a glass of hot boiled water into the spoon and heat it in a water bath for 15 minutes with frequent stirring. Cool, squeeze, the volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
