Linden inflorescence (Tiliae inflorescentia) – 100%.

The content of linden inflorescences per recommended daily portion of the product is 2 g.
Application:

Linden inflorescence tea is a natural, delicate and aromatic drink, especially recommended in the autumn and winter. Linden has a diaphoretic effect in fevers. It has a soothing effect on the throat, larynx and vocal cords. Supports the body's immunity. Additionally, it relieves anxiety, irritability and mental tension, and makes it easier to fall asleep.
How to use:

Infuse 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml) covered for 10 minutes. It is recommended to use ½ cup of infusion twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

Store in a dry place, out of the reach of small children.
