Made from 100% premium medium-roast Arabica beans, characterized by a very fine grind. Coffee beans are carefully sorted, roasted, baked and ground into a fine powder. Coffee is served in small cups. After making the coffee, let it stand for a while so that the coffee grounds sink to the bottom.
Turkish coffee is made in a special cezve pot.
Cezve produces a thick foam.
Can be made in a small pot with a stem.
1. Measure the drinking water with a cup and pour it into the pot. (65ml water per serving.)
2. For each cup, add 2 teaspoons of coffee (6g), sugar if desired.
