Composition, release form and packaging

Rhizomes and roots of Rhodiola rosea - 1000 g; Ethanol 40% is a sufficient amount to obtain 1000 ml of extract.

Extract liquid for oral administration.

25, 50 ml in dark glass dropper bottles or 30, 50 and 100 ml in orange glass bottles.

Each bottle, dropper bottle, along with instructions for use, is placed in a cardboard box.

Description of the dosage form

The liquid is dark brown in color with a reddish tint, with a characteristic aromatic odor; Precipitation is allowed.

It has a stimulating effect, increases physical and mental performance, as well as the body’s resistance to adverse effects.

Indications for use

Rhodiola liquid extract is used as a stimulant for asthenic conditions, increased fatigue, neurasthenic conditions, and vegetative-vascular dystonia. The drug can be used in patients who have suffered somatic or infectious diseases, in patients with functional diseases of the nervous system, as well as in practically healthy people with asthenia and reduced performance.

Contraindications for use

Individual intolerance, agitation, insomnia, arterial hypertension, fever, pregnancy, children (up to 12 years).

Side effects

Allergic reactions, insomnia, and headache are possible.

Drug interactions

Weakens the effect of neuroleptics, tranquilizers and sedatives.

Directions for use and doses

Orally, 5-10 drops 2-3 times a day 15-30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 10-20 days. For symptoms of asthenia, akineto-hypotonic syndrome, etc., it is prescribed starting with 10 drops 2-3 times a day, then the dose is gradually increased to 30-40 drops per dose. Duration of treatment is 1-2 months.

Precautions and special instructions

The drug is not used in the afternoon.
