Used for respiratory problems and cold-related infections as an expectorant.

Ingredients:

Crushed roots and rhizomes of tall elecampane.

Recommendations for use:

Pour 1 tablespoon (5.0 g) into 1 cup (200 ml) boiling water, leave for 15 minutes, strain. Take for adults 1/2 cup 2 times a day with meals.

Duration of treatment – 1 month. Store the finished infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Individual intolerance to components, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
