Ingredients: Green olives, corn oil, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid E330, lactic acid E270), grain agent (calcium chloride E509), preservative (sorbic acid E200, potassium sorbate E202).

Olives must be on every Turkish breakfast table, whether they are green or black, plain or with sauce.

Carefully selected green olives are first split or crushed with a special machine or by hand. It is treated with natural and traditional methods without additives to remove bitterness.
