Puer tea is unique with the following properties, which will work if you use it for at least 3 months, 1x a day, follow a diet and exercise. The Chinese themselves call puer tea "Fat killer" by its second name. The substances in the tea will help:
1) the body secretes enzymes in the stomach that act on the eaten food. Therefore, Puer tea is recommended to be consumed half an hour after meals. If you take it before eating, for this reason, there will be a feeling of emptiness in the stomach, which will provoke a larger amount than usual;
2) to activate the processes that result in the splitting of the subcutaneous fat layers that the body itself has not managed to do. Eating food rich in calories causes a thin layer of white fat to form under the skin. During physical activities, processes occur in the body, as a result of which the white fat layer is "burned", or split. The substances in the tea help to activate this process during physical activities;
3) to normalize the functioning of the stomach and intestines by removing excess, difficult-to-process food from the body, provided that there is something to be removed, in a normal consistency. This can be observed in cases where you feel heavy in the stomach area after a well-judged meal, as is often the case during big important holidays;
4) as a preventive measure, helps reduce the level of bad cholesterol in the body;
5) restore tone and energy after heavy physical or sports activities;
6) improve well-being during a hangover;
If you drink Puer tea in social company, your mood and communication will improve for an hour.
The above-mentioned properties will be observed under the condition that Puer tea affects your body. Each organism is individual, so a partial effect may be possible.
