Carefully selected ingredients of Be Energetic will fill you with vitality, activating metabolism (cinnamon), open your eyes in the early morning (English mint, which contains an increased amount of menthol) and balance emotions (hibiscus).

The recommended dose is one cup (250ml) a day after meals, in the morning.

The ingredients in the tea are whole or crushed, but not crushed.
