mini Puer TUO-CHA (Shy) A - Mini Puer TUO-CHA "Swallow's Nest"

Category A. 5 years old.

Exclusive Pu-erh tea "TUO-CHA" in Chinese means "Bird's or Swallow's Nest". The name comes from the fact that tea was pressed into small molds resembling a bird's or swallow's nest. Each Tuo-Cha nest is packed in a special food foil. One unit is intended for a small Puer teapot (which can be seen in the picture) ~ 0.5 l, for one or two persons. Pu-erh tea Tuo-Cha is popular not only because of its original shape, but also because of its convenience in preparation.

Category A is the most valuable and expensive, as it contains the largest number of tips (tea leaf buds) of a golden hue. Therefore, tea will contain more antioxidants and less caffeine. For tea, only the upper, smaller leaves of the branch are used. Thanks to this, the tea will be as aromatic as possible with a rich, delicate taste and a long aftertaste.

Tips is the first leaf of a branch, a bud in the form of a sprout is a leaf bud. This is the most valuable and expensive part of the Camellia sinensis tea tree. Only tips contain the amino acid L-theanine, which helps maintain normal mental function. Teas containing tips contain more antioxidants and less caffeine.

Pu-erh tea is the only one that uses a double fermentation process. During the second fermentation, the tea goes through an aging process. The value of Pu-erh increases with aging (in years).

Pressed Pu-erh tea requires a special awl, with which to break off the amount of tea in such a way as not to break the leaves. Broken leaves will release more bitterness. The need for pressed Pu-erh tea was due to the fact that travel expenses were very expensive in ancient China. Pressed pu-erh takes up less space, so it is more convenient for transportation and storage.

Puer tea is unique in its properties, which will work if you use it once a day, for at least 3 months, following a diet and physical activity. The Chinese themselves call Puer tea a second name "fat killer". The substances contained in tea will help:

1) in the stomach to release enzymes that act on food. Therefore, it is recommended to consume Pu-erh tea half an hour after meals. If you take it before a meal, you will experience an empty feeling in the stomach, which will cause you to eat more than usual;

2) activate the processes, resulting in the destruction of those layers of subcutaneous fat that the body itself did not have time to make. When you eat high-calorie foods, a thin layer of white fat forms under the skin. During physical exertion, processes occur in the body, as a result of which the white fat layer is “burned” or destroyed. The substances contained in tea contribute to the activation of this process during physical activities;

3) normalize the work of the stomach and intestines, removing excess, difficultly processed food from the body, provided that there is something to remove, in a normal consistency. This happens if you feel heaviness in the stomach after eating in large quantities, as is often the case on big holidays;

4) for preventive purposes, reduce the level of bad cholesterol in the body;

5) restore tone and energy after heavy physical or sports loads;

6) improve well-being during a hangover;

If you drink Pu-erh tea with friends, your mood and communication will rise within an hour.

The above properties will be felt if Puerh tea works on your body. Each organism is individual, so a partial effect is possible.

The tea has a classic aroma of earth and moist peat with pleasant notes of forest incense and chocolate nuances in the aftertaste.
