Inulin is obtained from agave (Blue Agave Tequilana Webber). A natural source of carbohydrates, it has prebiotic properties. Inulin is recommended as an addition to fermented milk products, pastries (improves the structure of cakes) and thickening (in place of flour). It can also be used after dissolving in warm water.
