It is a blend of arabica coffees coming from the estates of Lagoa do Morro and Samambaia (Brazil), El Hato Blue (Guatemala), San Luis (El Salvador), to which the coffee of the Yrgalem (Ethiopia) Special Selection has been added. In the cup, this 100% Arabica blend reveals a stunning aromatic complexity, sweetness and smoothness, but also a nice structure and a persistent finish. The aromatic notes of the Central American coffees and of the Yrgalem selection composing this blend combine with the warm flavours of the coffee from the Fazenda Lagoa do Morro, to create an extremely elegant coffee, ideal companion to haute patisserie.
